We offer daily, weekly and monthly spaces:
Daily - $75.00 + tax
Weekly - $300.00 + tax
Monthly - starting at $925 + metered electric usage
Pet Fee - $10 each pet for all stays
All stays require a $200 security deposit.
- Daily and weekly sites come with water, sewer, garbage and electricity all included.
- Monthly spaces include water, sewer, and garbage. Electricity will be added to the tenant's monthly rent. Monthly stays require a background check for all adults.
